Ingredients 1 packet Beer:30 Four Pepper BBQ Marinade, prepared 1 – 3 lb. chuck roast 8 new potatoes, halved, skin on 6 carrots, peeled and cut into 2 inch sections 1 yellow onion, quartered 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions Preheat oven to 350⁰ F.
Prepare Beer:30 Four Pepper BBQ Marinade as directed, add Worcestershire sauce and roast.
Seal ingredients in large plastic bag and shake softly to coat. Remove air from bag and re-seal.
Marinate for no less than one hour (can be marinated for up to 2 hours).
Remove roast from bag and discard leftover marinade.
Place roast in a roaster pan and add vegetables. Bake, covered, for 3 to 3 ½ hours or until tender.
Let stand covered before slicing.
