Preheat smoker to 250 degrees
Season rack of ribs on all sides with Blazing Star Pork'n Rub
Place ribs bone side down on smoker at 250 for 3 hours
Once you get near the 3 hour mark lay out 2 sheets of aluminum foil on top of each other
Lay down 1/4 cup of brown sugar in the center of the aluminum foil length wise
Add 1/4 cup of Blazing Star Original BBQ Sauce across the top of the brown sugar
At the 3 hour mark pull off the ribs and place them meat side down on top of the brown sugar and bbq sauce
Wrap the ribs tightly and place back on smoker for 1 hour at 250 each
Remove ribs from smoker and allow to rest in wrap for at least 20 minutes before slicing
Recipe Note
Spicy Tip - Use our Reaper or Scorpion rub in place of the Pork'n Rub, and use our Spicy BBQ Sauce in place of our Original BBQ Sauce.
