Ingredients

1 lb Steak *

2 tsp Canola Oil

2 tsp Rub Some Steak

4 TBL Mayonnaise

4 TBL Ketchup

2 TBL Dijon

2 TBL Pickle, Chopped or Relish

2 tsp Rub Some Steak

Steak or Burger Patty
-
6” Flour Tortillas

Fried Onions Straws

Tomato Strips

Burger Sauce
Directions
- Preheat Grill to medium high 375-400°F
- Rub oil on all surfaces of steak
- Evenly coat meat with Rub Some Steak.
- Grill meat to Medium or desired level.
- Let meat rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice or chop meat.
- Add all ingredients to small mixing bowl.
- Using a whisk, thoroughly combine.
- Reserve for tacos.
- Heat tortillas according to package instructions.
- Smear 1-2 teaspoons of burger sauce in tortilla.
- On top of sauce, place chopped burger patty or slices of steak.
- Top with strips of tomato and fried onion straws.
Recipe Note
Ground Beef Patties may be substituted for steak. For fuller flavor, mix the Rub Some Steak into the meat.
Add cheese, bacon, jalapenos or all 3 to add extra flair to this taco.
