Ingredients
2 Tbsp Old World Steak
4 large baking potatoes
¾ cup olive oil
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Wash and peel potatoes.
Cut slices ¼ inch apart one-half way through potatoes.
Coat potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle on Old World Steak Rub.
Place in an oven proof baking dish and pour remaining olive oil in dish
Bake for 1-hour, basting potatoes with olive oil one-half way through cooking. Bake until tender.
