Directions Set up grill for up high direct heat
Lightly oil the peppers and onions and season with Big Swede BBQ Badass Veggie Boost
Season hot dogs with Boars Night Out Midwest Dust
Grill the hot dogs to your desired doneness
Sauté peppers and onion in a cast iron pan or skillet until softened.
Assemble the hotdogs and cover with provolone cheese.
Return the hotdogs back to the grill over indirect heat until the cheese has melted.
