Chipotle Chili Dip
- 1 Tbsp Rub Some Heat on Your Meat Chipotle BBQ Rub™
- 8 oz package cream cheese (lite variety may be used)
- 8 oz sour cream (lite variety may be used)
- 2 tsp tabasco (optional)
- 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies (undrained)
- 1 small red bell pepper (minced)
- In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, tabasco and Rub Some Heat on Your Meat Chipotle BBQ Rub.
- Mix well.
- Fold in remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
