1 Tbsp Rub Some Heat on Your Meat Chipotle BBQ Rub™ 8 oz package cream cheese (lite variety may be used) 8 oz sour cream (lite variety may be used) 2 tsp tabasco (optional) 1 can (4.5 oz) chopped green chilies (undrained) 1 small red bell pepper (minced) Directions In mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, tabasco and Rub Some Heat on Your Meat Chipotle BBQ Rub.
Mix well.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
Serve with tortilla chips.
