Chris Marks is a nationally recognized competition BBQ chef and BBQ business leader. He hails from Kansas City.
Chris has won more than 50 national BBQ championships, plus more than 600 individual awards, including the Jack Daniel’s World Championship BBQ Sauce Championship the American Royal in Kansas City Grand Championship—not once, but 8 times.
Marks has been featured on the Food Channel’s “Taste of America” with Mark De-Carlo, Travel Channel’s “BBQ Battle,” and numerous other local and regional BBQ shows.
Chris is the CBBQE (Chief BBQ Expert) of Three Little Pig Rubs and Sauce. He works with BBQ specialty dealers across the US developing their stores into premier destinations. Marks also provides mentoring and BBQ classes.
