Fred Robles of Rio Valley Meats has been cooking on the competitive BBQ circuit since 2013.
Fred has enjoyed his share of success in competition BBQ, including coming out on top as World Food BBQ Champion in 2017.
The owner of a butcher shop in his hometown of Weslaco, TX, Fred caters to his customers by offering fresh cuts of beef, pork, and chicken.
“I love to compete and I love food sport,” Fred said. “We have met some great people on this journey that have become our friends but feel more like family.”
