Bryan Crawford has been a longtime lover of BBQ. It wasn’t until 2014 when he started cooking competitively that Crawford's Barbecue Cooking Team was born.

After years of cooking, using different seasonings and spices, Crawford decided it was time to come up with some creations of his own. After using them and watching them emerge as winners at competition, he decided to share what he’d created with the world.
