After attending a BBQ competition in 2012 as a spectator with his family, Travis Clark decided he wanted to try his hand at competing. Together, the family began conquering the BBQ world as Clark Crew BBQ. He's cooked on some of the biggest stages against some of the best teams in the world. Winning is what drives him every day and what makes having people eat his food so exciting.
