The Complete Guide To Mouthwatering Grilled Eggs

With Easter just around the corner, we decided to take a look at how to grill some of the most iconic Easter foods. First up: grilled eggs. Delicious, smoky, creamy, and easy too!

 How to Grill Eggs

If you have a heat source, you’re pretty much guaranteed a deliciously cooked egg. Especially if you’re using the grill as that heat source. Just like cooking over a stove, there are two basic ways to grill an egg: in the shell and inside something else.

Grilling an egg in its shell might be the easiest BBQ food that exists. Simply pick up an egg, place it on the grill, turn it a few times, and wait until it starts to brown. Once the shell is brown, crack it open, put some seasoning on it, and enjoy! Here’s a quick video showing how to grill an egg in-shell. There’s not much to it!

Grilling an egg outside of its shell is where you can start to have some fun. You can use a simple skillet over the grill to make your eggs or you can be adventurous and grill your egg inside some other food. The best example we can think of would be cutting a bell pepper in half to serve as a makeshift skillet. Egg + Pepper + Grill = a combination of tastes that will blow your mind.
