Description
Mix 1/3 to 1/2 cup injection mix with 16 ounces of water or fruit juice such as apple or white grape juice. Mix thoroughly until dissolved and inject as desired. Package contains enough for 6-8 butts. Also, try using as a brine to enhance the moisture and flavor of any cut of pork. Mix up to 1 cup with up to 64 ounces of liquid. Combine with water, fruit juice, or broth and mix thoroughly until dissolved. Soak 2-4 hours for smaller cuts (chops and ribs) and 4-6 hours for larger cuts (tenderloin and whole loin). Adjust to personal taste as desired.
