ESSENTIAL TOOLS

2 Quart Pitcher

BBQ BLOODY MARY MIX INGREDIENTS

4 Cups Tomato Juice

4 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

2 tsp Horseradish, prepared

4 Tbsp KC Butt Spice BBQ Rub

2 tsp Sherry, Dry

2 Tbsp Pabst Blue Ribbon™ or a similar style of beer

1 Cup Vodka

ASSEMBLY INGREDIENTS

4 Ea Celery Ribs with leaves

1 Ea Lime

5 3/4 Cups BBQ Bloody Mary Mix*

BBQ BLOODY MARY MIX

1Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until the spices are thoroughly mixed in.

2Chill the BBQ Blood Mary Mix* in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.

ASSEMBLY

1Trim celery stalks, leaving leaves on.

2Cut lime into wedges lengthwise.

3Stir BBQ Bloody Mary Mix well to recombine ingredients.

4Pour into glasses.

5Garnish each glass with a celery rib and a fresh lime wedge.

6Add a piece of cooked bacon if desired.

7Serve immediately

NOTES

  • Any brand of dry sherry or vodka can be used.
  • This recipe was not designed for a fruit flavored or dark beer.
