Mike Starr is a 21-year US Air Force Veteran that has traveled all over the world. During his travels he experienced some unique cultures and tasted some one-of-a-kind foods.

It all started in 2006 as a bunch of friends hanging around the fire pit drinking beers and cooking meat. By 2010, Eric Hodson and Allen Smith had officially lit their first pit in Memphis as Boar’s Night Out.

Sterling Smith, US Navy veteran and owner/pitmaster of Loot N’ Booty BBQ, has been competing on the professional BBQ circuit,nationnaly and internationally in mjaor competitions since 2009.

Loot N’ Booty BBQ Rubs and Sauces are sold worldwide. Sterling teaches competition and backyard-style BBQ classes at locations around the globe.

Together Doug Scheiding and his wife, Jennifer Talley, make up the Rogue Cookers Competition BBQ team. Rogue Cookers won the Houston Rodeo BBQ World Championship (HLSR) in 2015 cooking chicken, a 2nd and 4th Place in Brisket at the San Antonio Rodeo, and first place in Cook’s Choice Category at the Jack Daniel’s International Invitational cooking steak and potatoes.

Mark Lambert of Sweet Swine O’ Mine is a 6-time BBQ World Champion and advocate for Operation BBQ Relief.
